We need 9 Cpanel sites transferred to our crucial reseller account as well after business hour (after 5pm), I haven't lodged a support ticket to request that, but in my order comment, I did point that out.
So would you recommend me lodge a support ticket to request that transfer or just wait for the sales/technical support to email me back?
