While this is something we might offer in future, the fact is the pricing would probably be the same as upgrading to the next plan. The reason for this is the RAM upgrades is the majority of the cost of our VPS plans. The RAM is the most expensive part of the VPS plans, and hence the reason the RAM upgrade prices would be very close to the price to upgrade to the next plan.
