A BIG Thank You to your support staff

Just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to your support staff! I won't name anyone, the support staff in question would know exactly who is being addressed here.

Your guys have been just excellent in assisting me over the Easter (2011) period to

1. transfer a domain from another provider to CP
2. assigning a dedicated IP to the newly transferred domain
3. fixing an SSL installation which would not budge (it does now)

May I add that a dedicated IP had to be allocated twice because the originally allocated IP would not respond. The guys acted quickly and simply allocated a new IP which became accessible within minutes!
