With the problems happening at Distribute IT it would be nice to see a some info about Crucials' prepardness for such an attack or major system failure.

Thanks for contacting Crucial.

Our restore capabilities during a DR scenario will vary depending on which hosting service / solution you are using and also on the particular scenario.

We utilize the R1Soft Backup solution for backing up our Servers. However if you are on a VPS Service, you would need to have purchased the Backup option.

This is a very brief summary of our backups, but there is quite a lot of varying scripts, backup plans, different backup types going on in the background to ensure we can restore most service's.

We always recommend our Customers take their own backups regardless of what backup feature or backup option they have with us.
