Slowness / Packet Loss to Crucial Network

Hi Everyone,

We've had some reports of slowness / poor connection speeds for some Customers.

Most of these Customers are with Telstra or route through Tesltra.

We have taken the issue up with our upstream provider to further troubleshoot the issue.

To help our Tech Team, when submitting a Ticket or if you already have a Ticket open, please provide results from a utility called WinMTR (or mtr for Linux).

Leave the utility running for 10 mins before providing the results.
