Default Network Issue 122.252.12.xxx range
Hi Everyone,

We're currently experiencing an intermittent network issue that is affecting a few servers on the 122.252.12.xxx range. We are currently working with our upstream providers to resolve the issue.

We expect the issue to be resolved shortly and will provides updates as they come in.

Hi Everyone,

This network issues is also effecting the range 203.98.80.xxx.

The network issue does now appear to be a peering issue with one upstream provider and we are continuing to work with them.

We appreciate your patience with this matter and i assure you that a timely resolution is of the utmost importance.

Just letting you know that we're still waiting on the final report regarding the outage yesterday, once this has been provided to us we'll provide you with the information and our action plan to help prevent the issue reoccurring in the future.
