We are receiving emails regarding people unable to connect to their services, at present our network is running without fault however there have been reports of Optus outages in NSW which could affect your route to our network if your internet provider uses Optus. If you are experiencing issues please ensure that you provide us with a trace route as well as ping result within the ticket so we can assist you. If this is not included we will ask you to provide it to us
