Our Network Provider is still investigating the problem, however it appears to be a problem specific to Telstra. Our network provider is continuing to investigate the issue. Thanks for your patience in this matter.

Hi All,
The issue appears to be originating from Telstra's network so our network carrier is going to make some routing changes to reduce the problem. Just waiting on a confirmation that these changs have been made, but they should happen shortly.
