Default Network Packetloss / Slowness - 23/April/2010 - 1.50 PM

Hi Everyone,

We have received some reports that Telstra ADSL Users are having some slowness or packetloss when accessing services on our network.

The issue only seems to be affecting a small group of Customers. If you are affected or having connectivity issues please contact our Technical Support and provide a Traceroute and ping results to your Service.

We are investigating the issue with our upsteam provider.

Hi Everyone,

Our Network Provider is still investigating the problem, however it appears to be a problem specific to Telstra. Our network provider is continuing to investigate the issue.

Getting packet loss of over 50% here in Brisbane - Bigpond cable.

Hi All,

The issue appears to be originating from Telstra's network so our network carrier is going to make some routing changes to reduce the problem.

Just waiting on a confirmation that these changs have been made, but they should happen shortly.
