1. Regarding business hosting, since I have my own ssl certificate, am I able to install it myself within cpanel?

2. What is your refund policy on business hosting for annual pre-paid?

3. Will I be able to edit DNS such as adding cname and MX myself?

4. can I set cron jobs?

Please find your answers below,

1. No you can not install an SSL youself, you will need to have your hosting account moved to a dedicated IP, then we can install the SSL you provide. There is $20 once off installation fee for the SSL.

2. As you have pre-paid for a year, there is no a refund policy on this. If you do not wish to pay that far in advance, you can choose a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually payment frequency. However if the situation does arise where you no longer need the hosting, we can assign service credit to be used for other future purchases.

3. cPanel has a built in DNS editor which will allow you to edit mx records and other DNS records.

4. Yes cron jobs can be configured from the cPanel control panel.

Regarding $20 once off installation fee for the SSL. Does it mean that if I have any ssl certificates need to install in the future, that won't be charged (except for the $20 in the very beginning of my account)?

In our case we charge a $20 once off installation fee for each SSL certificate you require installed that is purchased else where. Alternatively you can purchase an SSL through us, which includes the installation fee.
