Default Incorrect pricing on reseller plan

First post on the forum and I'm going to point out a mistake

On the reseller plans page you have the "RS Sale" plan with a monthly price of $19 discounted to $13.50, the discounted price should be $14.25

Not letting that stop me, just going to sign up now.

Looking forward to a good stable, reliable Australian host!

Might be a good idea to put something on your site about how long it takes from ordering to account activation. I would have assumed all that needs to be done is to go in to WHMCS and set the activate the account. perhaps there is more to it with a reseller account?

I am out all day so not a big deal but I really want to start moving some sites over tonight to test speed etc. will tech support be able to do a couple of cpanel restores tonight?

We setup accounts manually, as each account is verified so as to ensure all fraudulent orders are weeded out. This is usually done during business hours on the same day of your order, or the next business day.

Good recommendation, I'll forwarded your details on to our website administrator!

Ouch, I saw it too, but like you, I proceeded to sign up anyway. lols

@Aaron
We need 9 Cpanel sites transferred to our crucial reseller account as well after business hour (after 5pm), I haven't lodged a support ticket to request that, but in my order comment, I did point that out.
So would you recommend me lodge a support ticket to request that transfer or just wait for the sales/technical support to email me back?

Hi Net Preneur

I have been doing a few cpanel transfers and they are done really quickly. all after hours (anywhere from 9pm to 1am).... the support is obviously off shore but very effective.

If you are really worried about downtime, reduce the TTL values in the DNS records on the losing server (I use 300 = 5 min) and wait for them to take effect. then as soon as the cpanel transfer is done, change the IP address in the DNS records on the losing server.

then redelegate the domain to the new name servers and wait for 24 hours or so before deleting the account from the losing server, I normally suspect them to make sure there's no dramas.

don't forget to fix the TTL values on the gaining server as they would have come across in the cpanel backup if changed before you do the backup.

NetPreneur, you are best to submit a ticket to Tech Support in addition to your note in the order - as this the official method to receive tech support. This will ensure your tasks is dealt with promptly, and efficiently.
