Hi Everyone,

UPDATE: Apologies for the incorrect month. This has now been corrected, a new updated notice will be emailed to Customers.

We have scheduled the following maintenance. All affected Customers will receive an email with similar information.

Please note hazard notifications are intended for no or minimal impact maintenance windows.

This is a hazard notification regarding some scheduled maintenance that impacts our HA Cloud (Cloud Linux VPS and Cloud Windows VPS) / HA Shared Hosting Services (HA Business Hosting / HA Reseller Hosting).

You are receiving this notice as you are impacted by this event. Further details below,

MAINTENANCE START: Friday 11th November 2011, 10:30PM AEDT
EXPECTED TIME TO COMPLETION: Estimated 48 Hours
REASON FOR MAINTENANCE: Additional SAN Modules are being deployed to our SAN Infrastructure. This requires the SAN cluster to sync data across the new storage nodes which can impact performance.
SERVICES IMPACTED: No impact is expected, however during the introduction of the additional SAN Modules, disk performance of the SAN cluster will be sub-optimal. Your service will continue to operate as expected however may be affected by the sub-optimal disk performance.
EXTRA NOTES: This does not impact our legacy Linux / Windows VPS solutions. This does not impact our legacy Business / Student / Reseller Hosting.
