Default Unscheduled Outage - HA Cloud VPS Customers - 24 Jan 2012
Hi Everyone,

We recently had a forum issue, so a restore from backup was initiated, as a result our most recent update regarding a fault with our HA Cloud solution was lost.

Please find summary below,

On 24th January 2012 some customers experienced an outage on their HA Cloud VPS Service.

We liaised with one of our vendors at address the fault, and services were restored.

A draft Incident Report is being prepared asap, and we anticipate it will be sent out by Tuesday 31st Jan at the latest.

There is a slight delay due to our vendor performing their own investigation of the logs we provided.
