There are of course terms that need to be noted before you take advantage of this great offer:

* You cannot upgrade while you have current or overdue invoices.
* This offer can only be taken advantage of once per VPS that you hold with Crucial Paradigm.
* This offer will not extend to future upgrades/downgrades.
* This offer is only applicable to the VPS and does not extend to additional services such as cPanel, IP's, backups and other configurable options.

How do i take advantage of this offer?

1. You need to submit an upgrade request from within the Client Area.
2. Please select Direct Deposit as the payment method. We will manually adjust the invoice as well as your billing record and will send you a new invoice by email.
* If you currently pay by Credit Card we will automatically attempt payment on the card you have on file.
* If you pay by PayPal/PayPal Subscription you will need to complete payment once the invoice has been generated.
* If you pay by Direct Deposit you will need to complete payment quoting the reference number with the funds transfer.

*This offer is NOT valid for our VSALE Products.
* This offer will be applied to upgrade requests from the 13th of November onwards and cannot be back dated.

Yes, there is a bit of downtime due to the upgrade. Depending on which server your account is located on you may or may not need to be moved servers, however we will first contact you before performing any of this!

We've had a large number of customers take up this offer but we're aiming to get through as many upgrades as we can today, if we haven't contacted you regarding the upgrade today just sit tight we'll be on top of it tomorrow
