We are still working on this, we attempted to move the drives and RAID card to a new server - but we have encountered a few issues and it is taking a little longer than expected.
We are currently waiting on the array to rebuild, then will start restoring accounts.

Hi Everyone,
We have had to swap the drives out to a standby server are are currently attempting to reconfigure the node so the VM's cans start up. I'll provide another update once we get make some progress.

I'm the only one in the office today so rather than calling could you please follow this thread for updates on this issue. It's considered of highest importance to bring your VM's back online ASAP and i can assure that were are doing our best to so. I'll provide updates as we make progress.

Hi Everyone,
We've restored the first VPS so the good news is that the data looks to be safe, which at this stage is our priority. Once we have finished restoring all the VM's ill be writing a report on the events and will also be issuing service credit to all who are affected. We understand your reliance on Crucial and the team as your service provider so I would like to thank you again for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions feel free to post on this thread, i'm happy keep this this matter open for discussion.

Hey tdashadow,
I'd be interested in looking at that ticket, there is a good chance that we looked at the primary array which holds the customer data which is ok. I'm actually running on fruit and Berocca at the moment.. Sleep deprived!
