Vocus have sent out the following notifcation,

Start Date: Tuesday 7th September 2010, 05:00 AEST (UTC +10); 07:00 NZST (UTC +12)
End Date: Tuesday 7th September 2010, 06:00 AEST (UTC +10); 08:00 NZST (UTC +12)

During the above window, Vocus Engineering will be doing a hardware card swap in the border router at Palo Alto. All peering at the PAIX will be unavailable for a period of up to 20 minutes as this work is conducted. All traffic that would usually traverse this peering point, will choose new paths over other peering points or via transit providers.
