Vocus Event Notifcation - 6th September 2010

Voucs have sent the following notification,

Quote:

Start Date: Monday 6th September 2010, 22:02 AEST (UTC +10)
End Date: Monday 6th September 2010, 22:50 AEST (UTC +10)

A route processor fault caused some prefixes to stop forwarding in a border router in San Jose. Vocus Engineering manually switched to the standby RP and reloaded the faulty card. A follw up investigation will be performed with the vendor.

A further maintenance advice will be sent tomorrow for permanent corrective work on Thursday morning (9th September).
