Hi Everyone,

We have scheduled the following maintenance. This will also be emailed to affected Customers.

In order to continue providing our same high level of service we will be migrating the physical node that houses your reseller hosting service. This is part of the planned Data Center migration as detailed here, Announcement: Upcoming Infrastructure Improvements

MAINTENANCE WINDOW: Thursday 18th August 2011 12:00AM - 6:00AM AEST
EXPECTED OUTAGE/DOWNTIME: 6 Hours
REASON FOR MAINTENANCE: Migration of the physical server to the new SY3 Equinix Datacenter Facility.
SERVICES IMPACTED: During this physical migration your Reseller service and all hosting accounts linked with it will be offline. Access to all websites, email, cPanel/WHM and related functions will be unavailable.

Notice - Though we have scheduled a 6 Hour Window, the average downtime per service is around 2 Hours. As this is a physical relocation, we have extended the window to account for unforseen delays in transit.
