Vocus Hazard Notification - 20th September 2011

Vocus have sent out the following hazard notification,

Start Date: Thursday 15th September 2011, 17:00 AEST (UTC +10) End Date: Thursday 15th September 2011, 23:00 AEST (UTC +10)

Start Date: Thursday 15th September 2011, 19:00 NZST (UTC +12) End Date: Friday 16th September 2011, 01:00 NZST (UTC +12)

During the above window, Any2IX peering in San Jose will be unavailable for up to 3 hours as CoreSite performs maintenance on a link servicing inter-site traffic between San Jose, CA and Los Angeles, CA. During this time, traffic that would normally traverse CoreSite will reroute via other peering or transit locations.

There should be no impact to customer services as this work takes place, this is a hazard notification only.
