Trojan/SPAM detected on server?

Hi guys,

Tried to send an email to a client who uses big pond for email. It got rejected as they have blocked the crucial IP for spam/trojans etc.

I guess you need to resolve this somehow?

Best bet to this issue looked at is to submit a Ticket to our Tech Team. You can do this two ways, first just email techsupport@crucial.com.au or goto our Support Desk at http://support.crucialp.com and lodge a Ticket (no login required).

Yeah I did, and I think it's been taken care of. They said they sound the culprit account and it has been suspended, and also had your IP taken off the block lists.
