s307 extended outage

The server s307 on 208.76.243.50 is experiencing an "extended outage" for the last 40 hours. It would be helpful to know what is being done, so we can assist our customers with updated information. It may be better than answering each one of our support ticket[1] requests

We sent out an incident report yesterday I believe, and today we have sent out an updated report on whats going on with the restoration.
