Default cpanel + webmail - The server at s362.au.crucialx.net is taking too long to respond

could log into manage.crucial.com.au (using FF 3.5), but when clicked on either "Login to cPanel/Webmail", it says
"The connection has timed out
The server at s362.au.crucialx.net is taking too long to respond."

I did successfully log in 2 days ago.

Are you able to vie your site directly, without logging into cPanel?

I couldn't see my site either.
I tested Webmail (send mails to my hotmail) on Monday. Does it have anything to do with this error?

I could log in cPanel + Webmail at my workplace but couldn't at home. Does it mean the IP address in my house is blocked?
But I logged in at home on Monday

Your IP address had been blocked by our firewall due to excessive login failures. It has since been unblocked. Can you access the site now?

Thanks Aaron. It's working now.

BTW, in order to avoid my IP being blocked again, what do you suggest me not to do?

Great!

To avoid being blocked, ensure you don't type the wrong user name and password consecutively more than 20 times. This can happen if you have an FTP client or email client which automatically puts the details in for you, and has the incorrect details.

Oh...I guess I was blocked because of my testing Webmail then.
Thanks for your help, Aaron!

Hi Aaron, is there any chance you can check to see if my IP address has been blocked also? I get the same message / timeouts when trying to access either CP or Webmail. Not a good look for the new business unfortunately

Yes, I can definitely check this for you - can you please shoot me your IP address via a PM? You can use ipchicken.com to find out your IP address.
