Can someone explain the reason I have to lodge a ticket whenever I want to login to hypervm each time I want to access it from a different IP address (ie. every time my modem reboots)?
Given that problems can occur anywhere between work, home and on the road it's sometimes not that convenient to have to wait several hours for a ticket reply to activate a particular IP address. I assume the issue is even worse for people who have wireless or mobile internet access. Is there any way hypervm access can be made instant and support-ticket free? Or is best practice to lodge a hypervm IP ticket every time one reboots one's modem or changes one's location...?
