correct DNS?

Hi guys,

I have a domain purchased through another company but hosting through crucial paradigm.

Have tried to change the DNS according to the info provided through the new account information email I received, but its been over a week and it seems like I get a 'DNS error' when I enter the domain.

I've gone through all the checks to make sure I've entered the correct DNS, but it still seems like its not propagating...

The details I have are as follows:
Nameserver 1: nssyd01.crucial.com.au
Nameserver 2: nsdal01.crucial.com.au

Can someone please help me try to work out what is going on?

Hi sapook,

Have you added the domain as a parked or addon domain under your account? This needs to be done first before the account becomes active.
