Help, My VDS/VPS is down and Submitting tickets doesnt work!!!

Hey guys,


I have literally stepped off a plane from interstate to find my VPS/VDS is down and totally uncontactable - Is this isoloated to me or are other experiencing this as well??

To make matters worse I tried to submit a ticket but all it returned is SQL Errors.........Im all alone and need help I cant fix something I cant connect too.....and whilst Im not going to loose some million dollar deal over this, I remember now why hosting your own physical machine has advantages.....

Good to hear everything is up and running.

In regards to your SQL errors you were recieving when submitting a ticket, if you notice this problem again, try just emailing techsupport@crucial.com.au, this will enter your request into the support desk without you need to use the Submit a Ticket feature.
