New domain now lost

Hi there,

I booked a domain recently under the freebie campaign by crucial paradigm. I heard I will be receiving sms for activation but I never received any sms yet. Is there any way I can complete my registration? I can see my domain under "My products and services" but in domain section it does not show any thing.

Appreciate any help.

Thanks for contacting Crucial.

Just to clarify our Free Hosting special, did not come with a Free Domain Name, just the Free hosting.

This is why there is nothing listed under the Domains section in the Manage Account area.

Please let me know the domain name you used to sign up for your free hosting account and I will get your order processed. Just a note it was actually a Verification Phone call not a verification SMS that you missed.
