Log/Stats in cPanel X

I just went to have a look at my logs for the first time and found that analog awstats webalizer were all locked. Is there a way to unlock these?

When I click on awstats in the Logs section it says "There are no domains which have awstats stats to display."

Anyone point me in the right direction?

If you are on a Free / Student hosting account, there was an issue which I believe has been addressed.

If you are on a paid service with support, please submit a Ticket to our Tech Team.
