Freedom 250 + SQL Databases

To anyone that can help!

I seem to have run into a bit of a problem - I am unable to create any SQL databases (I get the error "Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases") even though I have none, and cPanel says I should be allowed 5.

Is there something I have missed?

Sounds like something has gone wrong.

Even though your Freedom hosting account comes with Community Forum support only, to get this addressed you will need to drop our Team a ticket.
