Mine does as in my link... thats my server thats im hostin now..

Our virtual servers (VPS) do not come pre-installed with any software, as many of our customers do not require FTP. They come barebones, and you have the ability to install the software you require.

If you purchase a control panel such as DirectAdmin or cPanel they come with FTP pre-installed. If you purchase a Shared or Reseller account, they also come by default with FTP.

well webmin sucks lol and that is the truth.

FTP or FILE manager one of them i need so i can take down apatche page and put mine up...
