Hi Subzero, can you please explain exactly what your issue is?

I can see you placed an order on the 10th of December, and on the same day your cPanel license was activated. Ross explained (on the same day) to you how you can enable your cPanel license via the ticket you had open.

Your IP address does not change by adding cPanel, and you can either install cPanel yourself, or use the pre-built image we provide you (as explained to you in the ticket on the 10th of Dec). In the ticket we did ask if you had any issues completing the steps to please give us a call or reply to the ticket and we would be more than happy to assist.

If you did not receive this reply, then please be sure to check your spam folder, or login via the Support Desk to view the ticket response.

You need to login to HyperVM, not into webmin or any other control panel. IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: If you have not already submitted a ticket to tech support to have your IP address added to our firewall, please make sure you do so. We do not allow access to HyperVM unless you have your IP address added to our firewall. You can find out what your IP address is using IPchicken.com.

Alternatively you can have us install cPanel for you, just submit a ticket to tech support and ask them to install the cPanel CentOS 5 image for you, and they will get this done for you.

You are on an unmanaged product, so it is your responsibility to install, configure, and maintain any software on the server. If you have not had experience managing a server before, this can be quite a complicated task. If you require assistance with maintaining the software on the VPS, we would highly recommend to upgrade to a product with Full Management so we can assist you with these kind of things.

The IP address is in your welcome email, you have received 2 copies of this. If you no longer have this email please login to the Manage Account area ( https://manage.crucial.com.au/clientarea.php ), and click on the My Emails section. Just view the latest email titled VSALE Welcome email and it will list all the IPs you have assigned to your VPS.

I've just explained how to add cPanel to your VPS, and Ross has explained in detail as well. Please follow the instructions we have provided.
